You may return new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Note: Customer pays for return shipping. Items purchased during liquidation events will only returnable for store credit.
YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM. ANY ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DELIVERY WILL BE REFUSED.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items returned under store credit will receive funds within 1-5 days of receipt of return.
